long, 99.998% free of latex allergens and available in four resistance
levels (differentiated by band color). The resistance levels are extra
light, light, medium and heavy. With
Dura-Band,
you can use two or three bands simultaneously, allowing you to create a
countless number of resistance levels with quickness and ease.
The Personal Gym® comes with 50 illustrated exercises that show you exactly how to exercise
effectively each body part from your shoulders to your ankles. The
exercises are printed on four 9"
x 12",
durable, white vinyl cards, bound in an exercise book that can be stored
in a specially-designed pocket under your exercise
cushion. Here, they are
safe and secure, ready to be used at any time.
The Personal Gym® can be attached in less than one minute to nearly any chair, including
chairs at home, chairs at work, wheelchairs and chairs in truly any
location you can imagine.
The Personal Gym® is lightweight (less than five pounds) and small enough to carry on an
airplane or pack inside a suitcase. Whenever
you are away from home for business or pleasure, your Personal Gym® can go with you, keeping your exercise or rehabilitation program right on
schedule.
